Refund policy
✨ Our Little Sparkle – Refund & Returns Policy 💖
At Our Little Sparkle, every order is made and packed with love and care. We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy your little bit of sparkle! ✨
💖 Change of Mind
Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our snow globe tumblers, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect choices, or simply no longer wanting the item.
🫧 Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care when creating and packaging your order. However, if your tumbler arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
We will review the issue and work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, refund, or another solution, depending on the circumstances.
✨ Handmade Items
Each snow globe tumbler is individually crafted. Minor variations in glitter placement, colours, and decorative details may occur and are part of the handmade process.
Please note that excessive shaking, dropping, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions may cause damage. These issues may not be covered by our voluntary returns policy, subject to your consumer rights.
🎀 Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
💌 How to Request a Refund or Return
Please contact Our Little Sparkle through our business contact details or social media page with your order information and supporting photos, where applicable.
Please wait for our response before returning any item.
