1. About Our Little Sparkle

Our Little Sparkle is an Australian small business specialising in handmade, customised snowglobe tumblers, drink bottles, sippy cups and personalised gifts.

We take pride in creating special pieces with care, creativity and a little extra sparkle.

2. Products & Handmade Items

All our products are handmade and may feature individual variations in appearance, glitter placement, colours, finishes and other decorative details.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, no two items are guaranteed to be exactly identical. Product photos are provided as a guide, and colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images and information are accurate.

3. Custom Orders & Personalisation

We offer customised products made according to the details provided by our customers.

When placing a custom order, you are responsible for checking that all information supplied is correct, including:

  • Names and spelling.

  • Chosen colours and designs.

  • Product size and style.

  • Any other personalisation details.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has commenced.

We reserve the right to decline a custom request where we are unable to fulfil it or where the requested design is inappropriate or unlawful.

4. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the materials required to create your item.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been accepted if a genuine issue arises with payment, availability, pricing or fulfilment.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Please ensure your contact and delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices will be displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless stated otherwise.

Prices, product availability and promotional offers may change without notice. Any changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where a correction or other change is agreed with you or permitted by law.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods offered at checkout or otherwise communicated by Our Little Sparkle.

Orders may not proceed to production until the required payment has been received.

6. Processing Times & Shipping

Our products are handmade, so preparation times may vary depending on the product, design complexity and current order volume.

Shipping fees, estimated processing times and delivery information will be provided where available.

Delivery estimates are guides only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist if a delivery issue occurs.

7. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Because our products are customised and handmade, we encourage customers to check their orders carefully before payment.

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customised or personalised items are not automatically eligible for a change-of-mind refund. However, nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Please contact us with your order details and relevant photos so we can assess the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution.

8. Product Care & Safe Use

Our products must be handled and cared for according to the care instructions supplied with the item.

Unless otherwise specified, our snowglobe cups should be:

  • Hand washed only.

  • Kept out of the dishwasher and microwave.

  • Not soaked or exposed to extreme heat.

  • Handled carefully to help protect the handmade finish.

Some designs, including lava drip products, may require additional care instructions.

Snowglobe cups and decorative drinkware are not toys. Children should use appropriate products with adult supervision. Lava drip products are not recommended for children under five years of age.

Please follow all product-specific care instructions. Failure to follow care instructions may cause damage; however, this does not remove any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Intellectual Property & Designs

All original content created by Our Little Sparkle, including our branding, logos, product photography, written content and original designs, remains our property unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or use our original content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Some custom designs may incorporate third-party names, characters, logos or artwork supplied or requested by customers. We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property, and customers are responsible for ensuring they have any permissions required for artwork they supply.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully.

You must not:

  • Use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our website.

  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent order information.

  • Copy or misuse our website content or intellectual property without permission.
